Educational Qualifications:

• Honours or Masters degree in a relevant field.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

• Understanding of technical roles and technologies,

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools.

• Strong analytical skills to assess candidate suitability and hiring metrics.
