Job Description
Responsibilities:
Connect with clients to understand job order needs.

Dedication to excellent service for hiring managers and applicants.
Collaborate with the team on creative sourcing strategies.
Review candidate qualifications aganist job requirements.
Guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices.
Educational Qualifications:
Honours or Masters degree in a relevant field.
Requirements:
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Understanding of technical roles and technologies,
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate suitability and hiring metrics.
