Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize office files and records.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Support staff with office supplies and inventory management.

  • Ensure a well-organized and professional office environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Honors) or Master's degree in Business Administration

    or a related field is preferred.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., email, MS Office, data entry).

  • Ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
